Terms of Service
Hboosh is a directory: we connect people who have a guesthouse, business, space, car, or other item to list with people looking for one. Using the website or the app means you agree to these terms.
What Hboosh is — and isn't
Hboosh does not own, manage, book, sell, or take payment for anything listed on the platform. We review listings for basic completeness before they go live, but we are not a party to any stay, sale, rental, or agreement made between a guest/buyer and an owner/seller. All arrangements, payments, and transactions happen directly between users, off-platform, and entirely at their own risk.
No liability for user transactions
Hboosh accepts no responsibility or liability for the outcome of any transaction, booking, sale, or agreement between users — including but not limited to misrepresented listings, payment disputes, property or item condition, fraud, or any loss arising from a deal made through information found on Hboosh. Users are responsible for verifying who they are dealing with, inspecting an item or property in person before paying, and using ordinary caution — the same caution we ask for in every "Before you buy" notice on the platform.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to create an account or list on Hboosh.
Listings
Owners and sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of what they post — price, photos, description, availability, and condition. Hboosh may reject, edit for formatting, or remove any listing at our discretion, including ones that are misleading, fraudulent, duplicated, or violate these terms. Listing on Hboosh is free; we do not currently charge a commission on any transaction.
Messaging & conduct
In-app messaging is provided so buyers and sellers can communicate directly. Don't use it to harass, spam, or defraud another user. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform, and reports of misconduct can be sent to support@hboosh.com.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continuing to use Hboosh after a change means you accept the updated terms.
