Is Hboosh free to use?
Yes. Browsing guesthouses and Marketplace listings is free, and listing your own guesthouse or business is free too. Hboosh never takes a commission — you contact owners and sellers directly.
How do I contact a guesthouse owner?
Open any listing and use the contact buttons to message the owner in-app or call them directly. Most guests arrange everything by phone or WhatsApp and pay the owner directly — there's no in-app booking or payment.
How do I list my guesthouse or business?
Head to For owners, create a free account, and fill in your details. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live to keep the platform trustworthy — this usually takes a day or two.
Why isn't my listing showing up yet?
New listings stay in "pending" until an admin approves them. You can check the status of every listing you've submitted on the For owners page. If something was flagged, you'll see a note explaining what to fix.
Is it safe? How do I avoid scams?
Every listing is admin-reviewed before going live, and verified listings carry a green check. Still, always confirm details directly with the owner, and never send money before you've confirmed a place is real. If a listing looks suspicious, use the form above to report it and we'll take a look.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Delete account, or email support@hboosh.com from the address you signed up with. Deleting removes your listings, profile, favorites, and messages permanently.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — the Hboosh app adds availability calendars, favorites with price-drop alerts, in-app messaging, and the full Marketplace experience. Sign in with the same account you use here.
